By using the SectorFlow website, you agree to these website terms. If you use the iOS app, your app license is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA is published later.

SectorFlow is an informational and workflow-support tool only. It supports reviewable time and planning workflows but does not make operational decisions.
SectorFlow does not replace official sources, SOPs, company manuals, OFPs, NOTAMs, charts, dispatch instructions, approved planning systems, company procedures, or regulatory requirements.
Pilots remain responsible for verifying outputs, applying pilot judgment, following company procedures, and using approved operational systems and official sources.
The website and app information may be incomplete, unavailable, delayed, or incorrect. Do not rely on SectorFlow as the sole source for any operational, regulatory, dispatch, or flight-specific decision.
If SectorFlow later offers paid features, subscriptions, credits, renewals, or cancellations, the purchase terms shown by Apple or the relevant payment provider will apply. Any future paid offering should be described clearly before purchase.
SectorFlow may change, pause, or discontinue website content, app features, support processes, or roadmap plans. Planned roadmap modules are not guaranteed to ship.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SectorFlow is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, operational, or business losses arising from use of the website, app, or support information.
SectorFlow may update these Terms as the website, support process, legal requirements, or app distribution terms change. The updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
