SectorFlow Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SectorFlow handles information for the SectorFlow iOS app and this support website. It reflects the current launch app: Time Calculator, Crew Rest, and In-Flight Prayer Times.

Overview

SectorFlow is designed to keep operational inputs local by default. Current launch functionality does not require account creation, advertising identifiers, third-party marketing trackers, user profiling, sale of personal information, or cross-app tracking.

Data Processed on Device

The app may process calculation inputs, UTC times, crew rest details, route or waypoint inputs, and prayer-time estimation context locally on your device to provide launch-module functionality.

Operational Data

SectorFlow is not intended for storing passenger data, employee numbers, company-confidential material, full OFPs, or operationally sensitive flight information. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into the app or support form.

Support Requests

If you contact support through the website support form, you may voluntarily provide your company name, name, email address, topic, and message content. Support requests are used to respond to your inquiry, troubleshoot issues, and improve the support process.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The support form includes Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse. The public site key is included on the website. The secret key must remain private and must be verified only from a backend, Cloudflare Worker, Cloudflare Pages Function, or trusted form provider before submissions are trusted.

No Unnecessary Data Collection

  • No account creation is required for current released functionality.
  • No advertising is included in the current app.
  • No third-party marketing trackers are used by the current app.
  • No user profiling or sale of personal information is part of current functionality.
  • No cross-app tracking is part of current functionality.

Third-Party Services

The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam and abuse reduction on the support form. If a secure support backend or trusted form provider is added later, this policy should be updated before that process becomes active.

Changes to This Policy

SectorFlow may update this Privacy Policy as the app, support process, or legal requirements change. If future features such as Flight Briefing, OFP review, NOTAM organization, route intelligence, fatigue, or roster tools change data handling practices, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features become available.
